Sony Mobile has released a new firmware update for the MediaTek-powered budget Xperia E4. The Xperia E4 has seen firmware build 24.0.A.5.14 release for the E2104 variant (in Latin America) and E2105 variant (in France, Greece, Russia and Turkey).

The Xperia E4 Dual has seen build number 24.0.B.5.14 release for the E2115 variant across a number of regions in Asia, MENA, Russia, Greece, Italy and Portugal. It has also been released for the E2124 variant in Brazil. If you have updated let us know your impressions below.

  1. Download and Install Xperia Companion at https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperia-companion/
  2. Turn power off your Sony Xperia phone.
  3. Connected USB Cable to Computer
  4. Open the Xperia Companion and from the Main Menu select Software repair.
  5. Go the next through to confirm process by selecting appropriate option.
  6. In the following menu appears connect your Xperia phone to a Fastboot Mode.
  7. Press Volume Down button and after a while plug this USB cable to the phone and keep pressing the key.
  8. Select Next button to begin the factory reset operation.
  9. When the operation is finished disconnect your phone.

i have forgoten my sony mobile e2115 patern paswoprd i tried a lot the menu is not opening

The only way to remove or erase the pattern password is perform a hard reset. It will erase all data on the device.

Sony Xperia is complicated to hard reset from external key. I have tried, first unlock bootloader, then install TWRP, then flash the rom. I recommend you use sony xperia companion tools to reset it.
